Pediatric Program

Our pediatric program is designed to treat children who suffer with health issues such as ALLERGIES (including eczema and asthma), ADD/ADHD, BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS, OBESITY, DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS, and DEPRESSION. 

This program includes:

• A one-hour consultation with you and your child.  This will include history taking, physical exam, and education about symptoms and treatment options. 

• Treatment for yeast overgrowth.  This involves a one month regimen of anti-yeast medication and a strict diet.  Following the yeast-free program, food challenges will be performed to detect any food allergies that may be causing allergy symptoms or behavior problems. 

• Testing for Food allergies (96 food panel with a simple finger stick)

• Testing for vitamin and mineral deficienies' (requires a blood draw; restrictions apply)

• Vitamin and supplement regimen tailored to your child's specific needs

• A personalized nutritional consultation with our nutrition consultant.  Depending on your child's needs, this may include a trip to the grocery store, preparation of some recipes, and/or counseling about proper food choices that improve overall health, as well as relating to your child's specific conditions.

• 5 weekly progress checks (by phone or email) with our nurse to check on your child's progress. 

Yeast Detox Program
The Detox Program is designed to help people of any age detox from yeast.  It will help you clean your system of yeast and learn how to maintain a yeast-free environment within in your body.  You will be prescribed anti-yeast medication, and recommended supplements will be ordered.  If blood work is needed, there will be an additional charge. 

This program includes:

• A 50 to 60 minute consultation which includes a complete medical history and physical exam.
• A 3 hour nutritional consultation which includes a trip to the grocery store to learn about proper food choices and recipe preparation to start you off on the right track.
• 5 weekly progress checks (by phone or email) by the staff to monitor your progress.  

Allergy Program

The allergy program is designed to treat allergies with a safe, natural, effective alternative to injections by using sublingual drop therapy and yeast cleanse.  This program is for anyone 2 years or older.  We will provide you with a receipt with which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement (plans vary).  Refills for drops will be necessary every 10 weeks for at least the first year, and cost $225 per bottle. This program includes:

• Adults - testing for 40 common airborne allergens such as weeds, grasses, trees, mold spores, and animal dander and for 7 common food allergies.
• Children (2 through 16 years of age) may require as few as only four sticks (includes all allergens tested on adults), taking approximately 15 minutes. 
• We test on the upper arm with tiny intradermal needles. (A topical numbing cream may be applied prior to testing)
• Sublingual allergy drops formulated specifically for you to use at home for your convenience.  No more weekly trips to the doctor's office for painful shots.

Menopause Program

This program is great for individuals who are generally healthy, but suffering with menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, vaginal dryness, and/or difficulty sleeping.  A wellness consultant will help you determine if you are a candidate for this particular program. 

This program includes:

• A one-hour consultation with our Physician's Assistant which includes a complete medical history, physical exam, and neutralizing drops for immediate symptom relief.
• Weekly progress checks (by phone or email) with our nurse for the first 5 weeks until your first follow-up visit.

Natural Hormones

Natural, compounded hormones will be prescribed if needed. The amount will vary, depending upon the physician’s recommendations. This range is generally $50-$150 per month for most patients. This is not included in the initial investment.

Vitamins and Supplements

Additionally, vitamin and mineral supplementation will be recommended. This investment will average $25-$100 per month. This is not included in the initial investment.

Follow-up Visits and Services

The follow-up visits are $125. Any lab work will be billed to your insurance, if applicable. In general, you will need an initial follow up visit approximately six weeks after your evaluation. The frequency and extent of future follow up visits depends on your progress. However, the average patient will need follow up once every three to six months.

Bone Density Scan (DEXA)

A Bone density study will be ordered to assess current bone health. Men and young women are not immune to bone loss. If you have insurance that covers a DEXA scan, it will be billed through your insurance.  If this is not covered by your insurance, or if you do not have insurance, we've made arrangements with a nearby facility that will perform the scan for only $100.

Yeast Treatment

This is generally a 4 week program consisting of anti-yeast medications and a yeast-free eating program.  The medications required will cost approximately $120 (one time only).  

In Regards to Insurance

Because we are committed to enabling our patients to obtain and maintain health and wellness naturally, and the services provided by us are based upon a natural and preventative approach, it is rare that they are covered by insurance companies. Once your claim for your initial visit is submitted, if records are requested (which occurs about 70% of the time), it will likely be denied by your insurance company as “not medically necessary”. Because of unsuccessful past experiences in attempting to assist patients with their appeals, we are unable to provide any additional assistance beyond submitting medical records. If, by chance, your claim is processed without review, the most that is usually paid is about 40% of the entire wellness evaluation.  You may submit receipts for your medications to your insurance company, and may be reimbursed for them.  Many plans will count the evaluation costs towards your deductible. 

Please know that if you are eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or Champus, you must sign a waiver. This waiver is required by these government agencies and states that you understand that you are waiving your rights to file your claim to, and seek reimbursement from, Medicare, Medicaid or Champus or any insurance coverage secondary to any of those.
